On 21 May 2026, the Company filed a new trademark application for “YOBOO” with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) of Indonesia in Class 05, a category essential for health, hygiene, and baby care products.

Class 05 includes a wide range of health and sanitary goods, such as:
- Baby hygiene products
- Sanitary and incontinence care items

Next Steps in the Indonesian Trademark Process
According to the Company’s registered IP consultant in Indonesia, the applications will now go through the following stages:
- Administrative Examination – 1 month DGIP checks completeness of documents.
- Publication Stage – 1 month for third-party opposition.
- Substantive Examination – 2 months for similarity check by a trademark examiner.
- Certificate Issuance – Registration certificate will be issued if there is no refusal.
“Based on our experience, the whole registration period is approximately 4 months, however that is if there are no queues or backlogs. In the case that there are queues, the process can take up to 8 months” said Ms. Ilda.
